crunches and torso rotation. abs are a testament of hard work but that includes cardio. you cant target a specific part of fat, you have to collectively lose it. for back, differentiate between rows and pulldowns, super set those with pull ups. your back will feel like its falling off your body. glutes, RDLs and split squats will definitely be getting your legs burning. Hip thrusts are also elite. hope this helps bro, its all about consistency and staying true to your goal.

Weighted carries (also called Farmers Carries) are great for all of these and also the deltoids. Just a great under appreciated exercise.
