
crunches and torso rotation. abs are a testament of hard work but that includes cardio. you cant target a specific part of fat, you have to collectively lose it. for back, differentiate between rows and pulldowns, super set those with pull ups. your back will feel like its falling off your body. glutes, RDLs and split squats will definitely be getting your legs burning.
