Is this a complete enough leg day? Leg extensions Leg curls Standing calf raises Leg press Context: still kinda new and squats just aren’t my thing at all, they feel super unnatural. I’m also going for size and definition.

Yeah, but I would give squats a try they will become much more comfortable the more you do them

Yeah, honestly it would be great if we had a smith machine so people could squat worry free. Maybe add something for glutes though. Like a dumbbell deadlift or something.

I’d agree with this. Trying a hack squat machine could help if the free weights feel unnatural or unstable
