I'm kinda joking bc I'm kinda concerned 😭 like I LOVE not getting a period, it's awesome! But also, where'd you go buddy? Istg I eat so much. I legit can't eat any more. And I refuse to cut down on exercise.

5x/week I run 2 miles, do a 50-90 minute strength training circuit, then stair master for 10-15 minutes. At least 10k steps every day. 15k+ steps on my 2 rest days.

Are you underweight or close to it? Maybe you’re overtraining, or not eating enough for what you’re doing. It sounds like your routine is relatively intensive and it’s important to be fueling properly.
