What’s the best routine if I were to start in August to go from 170-195 lbs by December? Like what meals should I eat and what’s the best split for that? (asking for a friend)

best would be to start doing literally anything today w 300-500 cal surplus bc trying to put on 25lbs of pure muscle in that time is literally impossible, maybe even with juice. and you def don’t wanna put on 25lbs of fat just to hit the weight

You’re not hitting 25 more lbs in lean muscle. It’s damn near impossible. If you’re a starter you can maybe do half of that in that time frame. But to even do that you’d need to go damn near 6 days of the week and eat twice as much as you already do. And that’s going to add fat as well. My best advice is not to rush the process. It’ll come.
