
Thank u to everyone who responded! For more context, I’m taking the cut more seriously and I wasn’t sure if I should just implement more cardio or if ab exercises where necessary too. I know I won’t just get to the last pic but I want to make sure that when I do workout it’s to achieve the top instead or the bottom. I don’t do much weighted abs but not sure how necessary it is for the top figure bc I do genetically have a smaller waist and I won’t want to “be boxier” even tho Ik that takes time
