i just find it hard to train heavy weeks on end, i only hit back once a week. i keep it very simple like it gets boring, lat pulldowns, cable rows, cable pull overs are my musts. add ons, pull ups before or after the lift, barbell rows or dumbbell rows and that's all i do

Sweet, I just hit heavy pullovers, rows and trap raises today ending with pull-ups. I’ll definitely try next week with volume for sure
