My form is just fine, I know how to do it (I bench 365) I just record each set to ensure my form stays consistent as I progress. Not sure why that bothers you so much.

It’s not a gotcha, it’s an example of an exercise, like many others, where a mirror is entirely impractical, and it’s entirely reasonable to record myself to track my form.
