You only need to track calories for like 2 weeks when you want to cut. 1 week to find maintenance. 1 week to try out a diet with about 500 fewer cals. After that you have a pretty good idea when you're under/over maintenance
Or just track the whole time lmao, it’s not hard to

What app do y’all use?

This. It adds an extra 5 mins a day to calculate everything, especially if your using an app

I’ve never understood why people talk about tracking food like it’s some burden or when people say “I just don’t have the time.” Like dude, weighing my food takes an extra 30 seconds, it’s not hard.

Especially when you meal prep, weigh all that shit out when you portion. Most apps let you make custom food and will pull all the nutrient info for you

No yeah I have all of my recipes saved on cronometer. I just checked my screen time average, I have it open for 6 minutes a day. Why would I care about not having to track when it’s this easy?

I never said it was. I'm saying it for the people who can't can't/won't track. Unless you're trying to be sub 10% bf, tracking (either mentally or with an app) is not hard
