Need advice because the last few years I’ve been going to the gym consistently trying to grow my glutes (while training everything else too) didn’t do much cardio until recently I’m trying to run. I have no ab definition anymore and I feel fat. Pics below

if you are unhappy with your current weight I’d suggest just cutting for a couple months before going back to a tiny (100-200) surplus. Short term you won’t grow any more but it’ll set you up to spend less time at a weight you’re unhappy with. You also could try maingaining for a while if you are still somewhat new to weightlifting. If you don’t want cardio to interfere with muscle growth space cardio and lifting out by 6-ish hours. If that’s not an option try to keep it under 45 post-lift.

yes of course. you'll have to be more careful about eating enough but cardio itself won't significantly slow muscle growth. i see a notable difference in the pics so just keep doing what you're doing
