Weighed it out— def is!!! 381c, 31p :) Bagel: (cinnamon raisan sola bagel + 6 tbsp pico + 20g fage sour cream) - 180 cals, 15p Eggs: (4.5 fl oz Kirkland egg whites, 1/2 cup spinach/ kale, green onions, black pepper, 2 tbsp hot sauce) - 95-100 cals, 15p Fruit: (33g watermelon, 33g strawberries, 16g cherries, 21g cherry plum, 20g raspberries) - 51 cals, 0 Cream cheese/ puff pastry (total recipe made 24, puff pastry was 780, cream cheese filling was 240, 250g apples for 140 = 1160/24) 50 cals, 1p

Yep!!! The bagels have honestly been a game changer, I’d 100% recommend!!! They have a sugar substitute aftertaste, but it’s much more managed than most protein bars. Other than that, it’s practically the same as any other store bought bagel, if only a little softer

Yeah dude. Thats awesome. I like cooking advanced meals but i always struggle to keep the calories efficient when you’re working with so many ingredients. Hows ur grocery bill tho?

I’ll be honest it’s definitely higher than it should be. I don’t go out anywhere or spend that much on new clothes, so I’m able to reserve a little more towards food 😅

Exactly!!! I feel great, look my best, and if it’s at the expense of missing out on the latest sneakers or something I’m not too distraught

you know what else is expensive? living in the nursing home bc you have no functional muscle and can’t walk. a bit more upfront, but a great long term return
