I have a gym routine and I hit both arms and legs however I’m gaining so much more muscle in my legs and barely in my arms. Is there something I can do to counteract that?

It’s just genetics. Not much you can but you could train legs once a week if it’s not a priority for you

Time under tension and range of motion helps a lot.. most of my clients see progress in overloading biceps (go heavy) and then when it comes to triceps yes go heavy but get lots of reps

Time under tension is bullshit unless you mean slowing the eccentric (for proper form)

If you truly think they’re the same then your clients are getting scammed

If your eccentric is slower you are spending more time under tension 🤣 you don’t even have to know anything about fitness to understand that
