Feels silly to ask but I’m just looking for general tips/advice. I play collegiate beach volleyball and our media day is first week of January, what are some quick things I can do to drop weight this month and tone up my legs…cameras aren’t forgiving hah!

Drink lots of water to curb appetite leading up to media day, eat like you would on a cut (high protein, low sugar), then drink as little water as possible a day or two before the shoot - also it never hurts to get a quick pump in before taking pictures🫡
