Was 220, it’s been a week of trying to be more aware of what I’m eating/tracking calories. And today I weigh 217.8 I’m feeling really good and I definitely wanna keep going. But it’s like. I get to dinner and we order food and it’s just horrible.
And it’s like I just wanna prep my own meals. Cause I feel like I do so good during the day then dinner hits and it’s just wasted effort. I just don’t know if financially I can afford to also prep lunch and dinner.
