I keep waking up drained and tired after getting 7-8 hours of sleep and no energy / motivation, what is one (or more) things I can do to fix that?

Cortisol/stress, it makes ur body crash no matter how much rest u get. Make sure ur giving urself breaks and remove anything that’s stressing u out if u can
