Might be getting more blood flow. I know when I haven't been working out as I should and then do a heavy cardio like running I get really itchy and it's not from sweat. It's like pressure on your capillaries. Also maybe new allergy? Detergent? New clothes with a chemical on them?

Google also says loose skin can't hold water as well so might be dry

No allergies cuz no new detergent and no new clothes. Also I’ve been doing cardio for 5 months just straight up cardio nothing more cuz I was obese and now I’m down so much I’m in the overweight category. I think now I’m just getting to a point where my body might be getting accustomed to the cardio yk burning less cals and it’s getting harder to lose weight but also at the same time I’m losing a lot so my body is itchy

I’m sorry, what does that mean?

Depending on how much you weighed, your body could have made additional skin to store your fat. Once you lose the weight, the fat goes away but not the new skin, you’re stuck with it for life unfortunately.
