How do you guys enjoy the gym? Every time I try it (been trying to lose weight for months) and it’s never enjoyable. I stick with it for a month and then I realize I just can’t imagine doing it for the rest of my life and quitting. I used to (cont.)

Play sports and that’s how I’d stay in shape. And then I hit college and gained so much weight. I look unrecognizable. I can’t play sports as much as I’d like to. I only play soccer about once a week and I’m about to start up flag football but I just can’t seem to get in the gym. Advice?

Just force yourself and remind yourself why you’re there. Tbh I can’t say I enjoy the gym, Im only there to see myself grow and that’s mainly what pushes me to go. At points I dread going but I got no choice.

Isn’t that just an insane amount of caffeine? It caffeine either makes me tired or makes my heart race so idk about that

Your body can ingest about 400mg daily and be fine there’s lower caffeine pre workouts too. If you take it you’ll have to go to the gym it’s like a way to force yourself but I don’t care to convince u just letting yk it’s an option

True. My calorie deficit is 1600 and ive been drinking plenty of water etc. I just keep hearing that I’m supposed to be in the gym and it seems like everyone else loves it. And I just don’t

I haven’t done enough research on it. But I currently don’t drink anything with caffeine unless I’m up studying for an exam. I’ll look into it
