Fuck no bro. Cutting you actually have to be so dialed in with nutrition and macros or else you genuinely feel like shit and training is so much worse with the lessened carbs. Clean bulk if you fuck up and eat like say a double cheeseburger or some it’s not as detrimental to your bulking progress

What are your reasons?

I think it depends on the calories you’re working with and much you enjoy the foods you’re eating. During my last peak bulk I was eating 3300 calories and only putting on .5 pound a week. So it was pretty easy to stay on track. But if I were limited to 2500 cals on a bulk yeah that’s absolutely harder to adhere too then just cutting because I’ve been in that boat too. I think that being in touch with fullness cues and eating mostly nutritional dense foods when bulking does help though.

You have to be more careful on a clean bulk for one, like eating the same amount of calories every day of chicken and rice and it gets tiring sometimes. Like a cut you can just not eat that’s all you gotta do
