I usually don’t keep a lot of snacks around just because I know I will eat them all when i’m bored. so that’s my strategy lol
Low cal snacks! Air popped popcorn, sunflower seeds, sugar free jello, even gum. Keeps the mouth busy without adding cals
drinks with a ton of ice to chew on, sugar free gum, and i make my own low-cal puffed rice mixes to chew on when im bored
