Since there’s been like 4 genetics posts the past two days, you do not need perfect genetics to look like you go to the gymAgain, you look great and even on juice it’s not easy to shape a body like this, but your title makes it sound like this is hard work as opposed to of genetics, when it’s actually hard work, juice, AND still a touch of good, proportionate genetics. Not trying to tear you down, I’m not even against steroids. But someone seeing this post that’s new to lifting could very easily get set on a tough and even potentially dangerous path expecting to reach this level naturally.
I’ve been around the block to know I can’t convince anyone (especially online haha) that believes that, but I’ve just spent something like 10 years on it. Definitely spinning my wheels at the start, but after around 3 years or so really learned about diet and locked that in. Training was never an issue for me. That being said, I’ve just spent the last 4 years getting drug tested for school and any sort of drug offense would immediately terminate my enrollment
Look, I got the notification you commented on your original post and I’m not going to blow up anyone who commented on here (if they have notis on), but the point is, looking at the starting point you wouldn’t imagine the current is how I’d turn out. Abs don’t mean anything at 100lbs btw and I’d hardly call that pecs. This wasn’t day 1 of the gym either
