When we were competing, my brother used to make me do gowod every single day:) we were 100% the most mobile in our gym after being consistent with it! We don’t compete anymore but he still does gowod and loves it!

We were competing in CrossFit but did other sports like cycling, swimming, and tennis at the same time! We both felt like it helped us overall, especially since it targets specific movements!
