I live in a college house so I can’t buy that much food at once/limited on what I can cook but I hate eating the same thing all the time what are your fav simple low cal/high protein foods

bowl of canned tuna, seaweed snacks, and chili oil. pan-fried egg/green onion on top if i’m feeling fancy, but otherwise zero cooking
