
Eat your last meal 3ish hours before bedtime, and then when it’s bedtime, GO TO BED. You can’t snack at midnight if you’re asleep by 10-11. Having a consistent and strict sleep schedule is by far the best way to prevent late night snacking in my experience (and it’s also really good for you obviously)
Looking good bro but I understand wanting to shed a bit more bf. Add an extra 30 min of cardio 2x per week. You’ve already identified late night snacking as a contributor. Try to stop that. If you can’t, switch it out with healthy alternatives like veggies. Small changes, as long as you remain consistent, will give you great results without drastically impacting your habits.
