Yeah you totally can. It’s possible to lose 20 a month especially if you’re heavier. The bigger you are the easier it is to drop big numbers

You can lose 2lbs a week, however the deeper you are into the cut the more likely it is that you will have to taper your daily calories or increase your activity.
