starting my gym life tmr with planet fitness free gym summer shit currently my highest weight i’ve ever been 255lbs at 5’11.5 and im a girl someone help me w a routine pls im gonna do 15 incline 3 spd 1hr on treadmill as a warmup/cardio

Do the cardio after you lift, it’s more optimal

Better than the of the train of the Olympians too maybe we should have some cake cakes or some hot cakes in there get some pizza and maybe some mug beer or some other stuff you know you have some without the pain but you know that’s how it goes. Thank you.

it’s a free summer pass for teens aged 14-19. if you’re older, just lie on your birthday tbh. they don’t check lmao

Give me a free membership is good. I wanna offer membership. It would be nice to meet to the gym and be able to do a lot of stuff at cardio I can do cardio would be good.
