Start lifting and just maintain a caloric balance so it eventually drops ur bf level and you have energy to lift

Like sigma said - and don’t worry w cutting/ bulking just yet until you get into your routine and make sure your protein is high, keep macros/ micronutrients balanced, get at least 7-8 hrs sleep, do progressive overload in your sets
