How to I keep motivation to start and continue to go to the gym

Just start slow and gradually increase the amount of time your doing it. Start with 1-2 times a week and when you successfully do that for a month or increase the days. That you gradually change you habits. You have to accept some days you won’t want too do it but push through it. Discipline > motivation

But it can start with motivation. The key is to find a reason to why you’re disciplined in whatever goal you have.
