
Get rid of the processed foods. What helped me was eating lots of chicken and rice, veggies, and carbs(like for lunch and dinner). I also ate like 5 eggs for breakfast plus a fruit. Once you start eating a lot of healthy foods it’ll be easier to take down because they aren’t full of fats. I’d also recommend you drink protein shakes in the morning or after workouts to really get the calories in. It’s always easier to drink the protein than eat it.
