On a bike ride and all of a sudden I started feeling super lightheaded and my vision got spotty. I sat down and I’m feeling better but still a little weak. I’m confused because I bike around 100 miles a week. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
Happened to me when lifting heavy on a cut. I think thats “blacking out” but not fully just partially. Are you on a cut?

i used to be an athlete and this kinda thing would happen sometimes. i recommend looking at ur nutrition and making sure your getting enough minerals and vitamins. if not that, check out ur heart
