Gym 4w
Hi guys! I’m pretty new to the gym. I’m >5’ ft. I have a v fast metabolism. I also get full very fast, so bulking is hard :( I really want to build more muscle. Any advice on diet?

Muscle growth is a slow process so you shouldn't expect to put on weight fast. As long as you're eating enough protein and training hard, you'll put on muscle over time
