
i love them. i have a specific recipe i keep coming back to.. it's like a cinnamon vanilla situation. 1/2 cup oats and 1/2 cup milk (i use almond! use however much you want for consistency), 1/4 cup yogurt, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 scoops vanilla premier protein, honey and cinnamon; SO good! the protein powder i use really brings out the vanilla, same w the milk. :)
