tmi but, what supplements do you guys take to keep bowl movements regular? i eat so much fiber, used to eat cabbage soup everyday which helped but that stopped working. it takes me 4-5 days before i actually go, help PLSSS🙏🙏

Take literal fiber supplements. Benefiber powder in water or a drink. But also go see a doctor if you're not pooping for that long

Magnesium citrate works for most people but not me, almost nothing can make me go except these pills my doctor gave me. They’re not prescribed but they’re to my knowledge only sold through her office so dm me if you want and I’ll send you a pic of them to see if you’d be interested in ordering some

What packets? And what did your doctor say about you not pooping for almost a week? Bc that's not just a lack of fiber, that's severe constipation beyond what your diet can help fix I think
