Had back surgery back in March and I’m trying to slowly work back up to my fitness goals again. Any light/low impact exercises y’all would recommend? I cant lift more than 25 lb but am encouraged to exercise responsibly and walk as much as possible

Yea I don’t see why you wouldn’t be going to PT still at this point. I had major knee surgery and had like 6 months of PT
