Depends on their frame. If you’re a 5’0” woman, 129 is actually slightly over the healthy bmi range.

BMI is far from perfect but its definitely an important metric. Just because you can find outliers doesn’t mean for the vast majority of people a high BMI is a sign of poor health.

u can tell by just looking at the person u don’t need a bmi chart to determine if someone is overweight or if someone has a lot of muscle it’s easy to tell
