how do i get a flat stomach? like i have abs but my lower stomach is still there and i can’t get it to go away

If you’re a girl that lower belly bulge is probably your uterus. It varies throughout your cycle but even anorexic supermodels have it they just pose to hide it. Some hormonal bc will make it worse.

continue a calorie deficit, work your lower abs, and check to see if you have anterior pelvic tilt

just started a new bc so maybe that’s why i’m feeling like it’s more visible than usual. so there’s not really anything i can do?

Could be. May improve after a few months. Unless you’re training for a bikini competition I wouldn’t worry. Just keep your weight healthy and exercise. I do find the ab wheel very helpful. Also those vacuum exercises that bodybuilders do where you suck your stomach in hard and then hold it for 15-30 seconds.
