WHY CAN'T I GET PAST A 2-PACK?? As a girl, I hit weighted abs 5x/week, I have the world's most defined 2-pack and V lines, even obvious obliques, but I can't even get a 4 pack!? (Body fat isn't an issue. There's no fat blocking it.)

Body fat is definitely the issue lol, even if you had the worst abs in the world there would be a body fat percentage where they'd be visible.

Much of the bodybuilders you might see online have very ideal genetics. A six pack is not really that common. If you've ever seen muscular people with weird looking or uneven abs, that's normal. You probably have a similar such thing. You are most definately lean enough and muscular enough if what you say is true, so don't worry and be proud of yourself
