Any other guys play baseball all their life and find that chest day movements hurt their throwing shoulder? Like I can get by with bench press, but pec flys have my right shoulder clicking n shit
I used bpc-157 and tb-500 (healing peptides) and that healed it brotha

I feel it worst on tricep extensions in my left shoulder (throwing arm)

I had problems similar for a little, i find that just doing a proper warm up and including some primer exercises have made it not bother me anymore

Don’t play baseball but broke my shoulder as a kid and have this exactly despite going for PT. Someone recently told me to focus on strengthening my rotator cuff and it’ll help
