4oz of Protein rotini noodles, a chicken mince pasta sauce seasoned with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and a 1/2 cup of shredded Swiss
(The sauce was 1 cup of Ragu and 8oz of 92/8 chicken mince, cook mince in pan on medium heat until lightly browned, then mix in the sauce and seasonings, let it simmer on reduced heat until it thickens up)
