It is a trillion times harder to go from fat to fit than skinny to fit and no one can change my mind

This u fr ^ in order to effectively grow muscle you have to be in a calorie surplus, its possible to maintain muscle on a deficit but that involves working out, eating clean, and adjusting your calorie intake every 2 weeks to lower so u can progress with your cut. Vs going skinny to fit you have to eat more and workout u goofy fr if u think otherwise

absolutely not 😂 it’s at least 3x easier because it’s way harder to put on significant muscle than to lose significant fat

Depends on the person honestly, for me it’s a lot harder to cut weight than to put on size

Feel that, I feel like it’s harder to change habits and seriously cut

I’ve done both basically, skinny to fit was so much harder. I can cut quickly and put on more muscle while having more fat. When I was skinny putting on muscle took so long until I got fat trying to chase muscle.
