Okay so I weigh 115 and I’m 5’2. I’m trying to gain more weight but gain muscle too but I want to lean out. How do I do that diet wise and do I need more cardio?

Honestly no you don’t need to gain weight according to some newer studies. Just get your protein goals in and hit the gym and go to failure like to the point where after 5-10 reps you can’t physically do another rep. Rest 2-5 mins depending on the muscle (isolation exercises, like tricep extension, needing less time than a difficult compound movement, like a hack squat) and do another set. Get plenty of sleep (8-9 for women, 7-8 for men) and take creatine b4 u workout and a simple carb

You’re welcome! Honestly you don’t need 3 but if you want to do it, it’s not a negative. Rly focus on failure tho and get lifting straps, real game changer

I’m sorry, at your stature you should just keep your calorie intake the same, actually lift HEAVY in the gym. Any large changes to your diet might have a negative effect, if you do change your diet dont decrease your calorie intake, if you do increase your cardio.
