This used to be a literal superhero physique (picture taken from Spiderman) before modern gymflation. Yes, we know exactly what a good physique is, but so many of yall think that good isn't good enough anymore just because more people have it.

And I must say there's a difference in physique inflation and gymflation. A 225 bench is very impressive but gymflation messes with people's expectations. But a solid physique is achievable for everyone
