I’m currently just trying to get bigger I weigh around 155 lbs if I were able to get around 200 grams of protein a day would my muscles blow up or would I probably just get fat?

Excess protein comes with diminishing effects; you won't see any extra benefits past 150 grams at your weight. Any excess calories you eat over your maintenance will just become fat

if you are in maintenance extra protein gets used as fuel instead of a building block, no harm.

200 is too much for now. I think you’d be fine at around 165-170g maybe even less

It is skinny unless you're like 5'5" or under. Skinny enough to where eating 3000cal a day would have you on track to 200 in no time.

155 is not skinny. You’re just used to people being obese in country
