I've been trying to lose around 15lbs all year and i've not been getting anywhere. Obviously I know that the problem is that i'm not staying in a consistent calorie deficit, but does anyone have any tips for making that easier?

i'm 5 1 female who's in college and i found making soup really helps because it tastes good and is so easy to meal prep and is so filling

i also lift 3x a week and went from 130 to 115 in two months this way without feeling hungry and maintained it for the last year between 115-120

For reference I'm 5'2, 140lbs, and I lift around 3x per week. I work three jobs and am a full time student so that's about all I can manage within my schedule. I've been maintaining my strength, but not growing any muscle really and i've stayed pretty consistent with my weight. It's difficult to track calories exactly because I have a campus meal plan.
