If you're going to sleep hungry, you're doing it wrong. Eat high volume high protein. High protein makes you not hungry for longer, high volume puts more in your stomach so you feel full. If you're hungry you're either wrong macros or just making super tiny meals

0.8-1g of protein, 0.3-0.5g of fat, 1-2g of carb per lb of bw. Prioritize having most of your carbs pre and post workout. Greek yogurt is a great snack to have prior to going to bed as it contains an amino acid that helps your brain produce the chemicals needed to relax/fall asleep. I would also recommend spreading out your meals throughout the day, as it’ll keep you from snacking. Eating whole foods will allow you to eat high volumes while remaining low in calories.
