Seek not to improve yourself from the words of others, but from your own desire to pursue a healthier lifestyle for yourself. The words of a singular child are minuscule in comparison to the excellence that can be achieved when motivation comes not from the need for external validation, rather the love you have for yourself.

first of all I hate people who shit talk like that but calorie deficit if you want to loose weight for yourself to be healthy not for that loser.

Anyway what you wanna do is find out how much of a caloric deficit lure comfortable eating each day and go on a diet. I.E. if you wanna lose 2lb/week you're gonna be way hungrier at the end of each day vs losing 1lb/week. If you Google "calorie calculator" the first result (calculator.net) will walk you through finding out how much you can eat. Then you need a food tracker like FoodNoms or LoseIt and you need to log every single thing you eat every day. That means weighing food you cook

10k steps a day/water/comsidtency/lift 3 times a week too. start small then build the habits ^

bro exactly I feel ya. It’s like it’s never “skinny enough”. I look up to those Greek goddess statues that are strong and elegant. Fuck social media I went off all the main platforms like 8 months ago. Best decision ever.

I mean, studies show that every ~so many pounds added to your weight increases your risk of cardiovascular disease and other issues. Health is a scale like a lot of things, but let's not pretend there's no downside to being overweight

i know that there are downsides to being over weight but i barely am. i think im like 5 pounds over or something but that really doesn’t effect my appearance at all since before i gained weight.
