I’ve gone fairly hard for cardio the last 3 days, I wanted to do it again today but my back hurts so I’m trying to listen to my body, but I feel bad for not moving my body. Like I’m pausing my progress or something which ik is not how it works but still
yea breaks are just as important as working. progress comes in the rest as well. pushing too hard can prevent growth and cause injury. you’re doing the right thing
