Not exactly sure what results you're looking for, but if it's fat loss you need to track calories and eat less than you burn.

could be poor sleep, excessive stress, miscalculating calories

Cardio isn’t always the best way to get fit or see progress because it’s mainly a calorie burner and dinner build a whole lot of muscle. Lifting will help u gain muscle, lose fat and tone your body.
