It really depends on what muscle you feel like needs to be targeted the most. I also always like to start and end with some sort of calisthenics

Since you’re new add upper and lower days and do basic compound exercises on those days, as well as some plyometrics and flexibility training. You can also squeeze in some missed exercises as others are suggesting to make it all rounded.

Id say swap out a compound lift on push day for a tricep isolation, take out either RDLs or deadlifts as they are similar movements and quite fatiguing so doing them back to back is a no go. Also swap out ab circuit for 3 sets of any ab exercise of your choice and progressively overload like you would any other exercise
