Everytime I start to cut calories. I get the worst migraines of my life/it triggers migraines for me. I give up. I want to just lose weight. And I am suffering so badly in pain bc I want to eat less

when i used to wrestle every day for hours a day, taking electrolytes really helped me and made me feel like my body wasnt giving up on me and made my muscles feel less tired. maybe see if electrolytes may be the cause of your symptoms? you tend to lose electrolytes as you sweat more

Whenever I take electrolytes it triggers a migraine. Maybe I’m eating the wrong food or something
