My shoulders are too tired after chest and biceps too tired after back with push/pull/leg. Splitting shoulders into its own day is way too many days. Chest/back day is way too much work with the Arnold split.

This has been working great for me for 2 years after being a push/pull/legs guy for years and trying the Arnold split for a bit
