Um YES 190 is VERY GOOD OMG !?!? Idk why no one else is congratulating you I'm 1.5yrs deep at 175 on leg extensions I've never seen anyone doing over 190, and I've only seen ppl doing 190 less than like 5 times in my career YOU SHOULD BE PROUD BC HOW

Yeah I’d say that’s good, what were you doing when you first started?

sounds like good hypertrophy sets for you, but you also want to do some heavy sets with like 4-8 reps

Stop worrying about how heavy just focus on the stretch. But yeah that’s good

Progress is progress, that’s good. 60 pounds in 3 months is solid

That’s awful advice. Move weight. Tension is king

Well both things are true. You need proper form and optimal stretch, AND heavy weight. Just heavy weight no good stretch and lacking form results in the same gains left on the table as just good stretch and good form with too low of a weight The former is worse though bc the injury risk is high Focus on bothhhhh

If you go heavy and hard through a standard range of motion you’ll be ok.

The person obviously hasn’t been lifting for long. You’re gonna tell them to lift super heavy off rip. That’s awful advice. 190 for 3 months is alr heavy why go more.

Because when you’re just starting out you have the highest potential to make gains. Build your base. You’re not getting hurt doing leg extensions for a set of 10.

I bounced from PF to Edge Fitness back to PF and I bounce between multiple locations But tbf I rarely look at what weights men are moving, I usually just clock women
